Personal Loans can provide you with funds on a much quicker timeline than other means. Once you complete our qualifying steps and qualify with one of our lenders you could have your funds within a few days to a week. Our lenders can provide you with loan options that speak best to your particular needs. For example, a loan can be fixed for a term and rate or variable with fluctuating amount due and rate assessed. Be sure to discuss and clarify these options with your loan officer about the actual term and rate you may qualify for based on your credit history and ability to repay the loan.

A personal loan can assist in paying off high-interest rate balances with one fixed term payment, so it is important that you try to obtain a fixed term and rate if your goal is to reduce your debt. Some lenders may require that you have an account with them already and for a prescribed period of time in order to qualify for better rates on their personal loan products. Lenders may charge an origination fee generally around 1% of the amount sought. Be sure to ask about all fees, costs and terms associated with each loan product.

At ClearOne Solutions (“COS”), loan amounts of $1,000 up to $50,000 are available through participating lenders; however, your state, credit history, credit score, personal financial situation, and lender underwriting criteria can impact the amount, fees, terms and rates offered. Interest rates and terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Loans are not available in all states at all requested amounts. COS does not offer, extend, or alter credit terms it merely connects you with lenders who can perform such activities after reviewing your credit history (a hard pull of credit will be performed by lenders with whom you are matched in order to provide you with prompt responses to your loan needs) under the Fair Credit Reporting Act such permissible purpose exists in order to evaluate your request promptly and adequately. Rate, terms, and fees will be based on your individual credit history and underwritten by the lender not COS. All Equal Credit Opportunity Act requirements are adhered to and each lender will provide you with all required disclosures. Request all fees, terms, and rate information from the participating lender as COS does not receive any funds from you and only receives a “lead fee” from the lender.

Advertised Terms and Information

• The information and disclosures above relate to advertised terms made by or through COS.

• Interest rates and terms are from a lender or lenders with whom COS may match you and that offer the particular product. The disclosures are current as of the date indicated.

• COS is not a lender in any transaction and does not make loans, loan commitments or lock-rates. All credit decisions, including loan approval and the conditional rates and terms you are offered, are the responsibility of the participating lenders and will vary based upon your loan request, your particular financial situation, and criteria determined by the lenders to whom you are matched. Not all consumers will qualify for the advertised rates and terms. APR may be in lieu of rebates or incentives. Dealer participation may affect consumer cost.

• You may not be matched with a lender making a particular conditional loan offer, and COS does not guarantee that any lender will make you a conditional loan offer. • FICO score means the FICO credit score report that a lender receives from a consumer reporting agency.

As of 02/02/2021 consumers who are matched with lenders on COS were seeing match rates as low as 3.99% (on a dollar amounts ranging from $5,000-$35,000 loan amount for a term of 2–7 years. Rates and APRs were based on a self-identified credit score disclosed directly to the lender, not COS, origination fees are determined by the lender. Here are some examples of matches consumers were receiving during this time period:

Here’s how it can work

Example 1

A $25,000 loan with a 5-year term at 16.03% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) would be repayable in 60 monthly installments of $608.35 each. The actual payment amount and year-end balance will vary based on the APR, loan amount, and term selected.

Example 2

A $5,000.00 loan financed for 36 months at an interest rate of 10.00% would yield an APR* (Annual Percentage Rate) of 10.00% and 36 monthly payments of $161.34

APR Disclosure

The Annual Percentage Rate is the rate at which your loan accrues interest. It is based upon the amount of your loan, cost of the loan, term of the loan, repayment amounts and timing of payments and payoff. By law, the lender or lending partner/platform must show you the APR before you enter into the loan. States have laws that may limit the APR that the lender or lending partner/platform can charge you. Rates will vary based on your credit worthiness, loan size, and other variables, with the lowest rates available to customers with excellent credit. Minimum and maximum loan amounts and APRs may vary according to state law and lender or lending partner/platform. We recommend that you read the lender’s and/or lending partner’s/platform’s personal terms and conditions in full before proceeding for a personal loan.

Example

If you borrow $5,000 on a 3 year repayment term and at a 10% APR, the monthly repayment will be $161.34. Total repayment will be $5,808.24. Total interest paid will be $808.24.
